Hey there! I’m Mary Lee Joshua, your Director of Operations here at Impact Church. It’s my joy to ensure everything runs smoothly, assisting however and whenever I can, and working closely with our Facilities, Events, and Marketing Teams to keep our campus in top shape.

A little tidbit about me: I'm an entrepreneur and owner of my own haircare brand. I created the brand following in my family's footsteps, focusing on quality products for us, by us.

When I’m not seen doing "all the things" on campus, you’ll probably find me traveling or engaging in acts of service, my love language. I’m also in the process of learning Zulu, a native South African language.  Sawubona!

Hey there! I’m Robert Sheats your Facilities Director here at Impact Church. It’s my joy to see everyone who enters the campus experience Impact Radical Hospitality.

A little tidbit about me: I started in production when Impact first launched in 2007 and have had many different roles here. When I’m not setting up or breaking down church and event stuff, you’ll probably find me playing table tennis or in the Warehouse creating something with my hands.

Hey there! I’m Tyler Rouse, your Youth Pastor here at Impact Church. It’s my joy to serve and lead our High Schoolers and Middle Schoolers, as they develop a relationship with Christ for themselves.

A little tidbit about me: I've served children and families for over a decade now. When I’m not designing engaging activities for our Maximum Impactors, you’ll probably find me coaching and playing different sports, visiting art exhibits and attractions here in greater Atlanta. As a newer resident of this great city, I love to explore the various sites, sounds and attractions.

Hey there! I’m Cindy McNeil, your Children's Ministry Director here at Impact Church. It’s my joy to ensure a smoothly operating, safe and effective program for Impact Kidz.

I recruit and train servant leaders who touch children’s lives with God’s love, teach them God’s Word and provide fellowship with God’s people - laying a foundation that will keep children interested in the things of God and involved in church fellowship for a lifetime.

A little tidbit about me: I am most proud of being a mother and an educator. When I’m not prepping and planning for Sunday experiences, you’ll probably find me reading a book on the nearest beach.

A little tidbit about me: I am from New York (Brooklyn to be specific) and a proud wife and mom! I own my own business and love to travel. When I’m not planning or setting up for an event, you’ll probably find me painting or creating something. I’m here to make all events at Impact memorable ones.

A little tidbit about me: I am a coffee connoisseur who is working towards a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a Ministry track from Southeastern University.

When I’m not assisting Pastor Paul or writing a paper for school you’ll probably find me at a local coffee shop enjoying a latte, mentoring, or shoe shopping! I am also a bit of a foodie!

I’m here to aid Pastor Paul as a thought partner so he in turn is able to focus on excellent execution of the vision of Impact, pastoring, and doing other kingdom work! I love and appreciate that I GET to do this! Please feel free to reach out!
