Here's Where You Can Serve:

What does it mean to be on the Staff Parish Relations Committee?
The Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) is all about building a strong, positive relationship between our staff and the Impact family. We work closely with our lead pastor and staff to meet our legal and ethical responsibilities and support them in their roles.

Encouragement, wisdom, discernment, and leadership skills are key for this role. But more than anything, it requires a heart for service.

As a member of SPRC, you’ll encourage and support our pastors and staff and be involved in crucial decisions about staffing, compensation, and policy development.

We're looking for individuals who have been with Impact Church for at least 6-12 months, are committed to our vision, and are ready to grow in their faith.
What does it mean to be on the Board of Trustees?
Trustees are stewards of the property and resources God has entrusted to our congregation. We ensure that our church's physical property and gifts are maintained and used effectively to support our ministry.

It's a role that combines practical skills with a deep commitment to our faith and community.
If you have gifts in servanthood, leadership, administration, or giving, this might be a great fit for you. We're looking for folks who might have experience in property management and a passion for serving our community.

Being a Trustee means partnering with ministry leaders, listening to the needs of our community, and ensuring our church is well taken care of.
What does it mean to be on the NLD Team?
The Nomination and Leadership Development team, also known as NLD, is pivotal in nurturing and guiding spiritual leadership at Impact. NLD is dedicated to helping every member recognize their God-given gifts and use them to transform our community.

As part of the NLD team, you'll identify and develop leaders, support them in their roles, and ensure they have the resources they need to thrive. Our work involves everything from inviting candidates to leadership positions, providing training and support, to presenting nomination lists at our annual Charge Conference.

If you have gifts in administration, discernment, encouragement, or teaching, and if you're committed to growing in your faith and helping others do the same, we need you!
What does it mean to be on the Finance Team?
The Finance Team supports and strengthens Impact’s ministry through thoughtful financial stewardship.

As a Finance Team member, you'll play a vital role in proposing budgets, managing our financial resources, and ensuring that our funds are used effectively. This position is ideal if you have skills and interest in finance and a passion for making sure Impact is a good steward of generosity.

We're looking for people with spiritual gifts like wisdom, administration, and leadership, who can communicate and collaborate well. Your responsibilities will include compiling and recommending budgets, overseeing financial procedures, and educating others on generosity and stewardship.
What does it mean to be on the Committee on Lay Leadership?
Being part of the Lay Leadership Team means you're stepping up as a representative and role model both within our church and in your daily life. We lead by example: connecting with Christ, our church, and our community.

As a liaison between Impactors and the Leadership Team, you'll be a resource and example for all the laity, helping everyone achieve our purpose of transforming lives and communities.

You’ll be great on this team if you've been with Impact Church for 6 months or more & embody and promote the spiritual gifts of compassion, discernment, faith, helping, leadership, and servanthood. They’ll come in handy for supporting our clergy and advising the church council.
