Because You Did, God Did! – Part 2: Stick to the Plan

Synopsis:

God is forever faithful and true to His promises. When God declares something, you better believe it will happen. God declared the victory for Joshua even before the battle began. He does the same for us — what He declares over our lives will come to pass. Our only job is to trust Him and stick to the plan. In this season of gratefulness, we celebrate that God’s plan always leads to victory when we walk it out in faith.

Scripture:

Joshua 6:3–5 (CEB)

3 Circle the city with all the soldiers, going around the city one time. Do this for six days.

4 Have seven priests carry seven trumpets made from rams’ horns in front of the chest.

5 “Have them blow a long blast on the ram’s horn. As soon as you hear that trumpet blast, have all the people shout out a loud war cry. Then the city wall will collapse, and the people will rise up, attacking straight ahead.”

Message Points:

1️⃣ Time and time again, God tells us what will happen. Stick to the plan!

2️⃣ God is not asking us to make sense of His plan. Stick to the plan!

3️⃣ Our success is in His plan. Stick to the plan!
