The Promise of His Presence – Part 3: My Life is Covered, Filled, Protected and Directed

Scripture: Exodus 40:34–38 (NKJV)

Experience Overview:

The presence of God is with us wherever we go. This promise is revealed throughout Scripture and clearly seen in the journey of the Israelites. As they followed God, His presence covered the tabernacle, filled it with His glory, protected them through the wilderness, and directed when they moved and when they stayed.

When we stay in touch with God, we will witness that same presence in our own lives. Because of this promise, our lives can be covered, filled, protected, and directed by God.

🔑 Key Message Points:

1️⃣ The Tabernacle is still where God dwells.

Hebrew word for Tabernacle is Mishkan, meaning “dwelling place” or “residence.”

2️⃣ There was the cloud and there was the fire

3️⃣ Come to the dwelling place so you can be “covered”

4️⃣ Come to the dwelling place so you can be “filled”

5️⃣ Come to the dwelling place so you can be “protected”

6️⃣ Come to the dwelling place so you can be “directed”

7️⃣ Living in the promise of presence, you are Covered, Filled, Protected and Directed!

Pray on it: Come to the dwelling place. Keep showing up and talking with God.

Think on it: What does it mean for your life to be covered, filled, protected, and directed by God?

Live in it: Trust God’s presence. Let Him lead when to move and when to stay.
