My Impact is your new online home for everything related to Impact Church. It's the easiest way to stay connected, keep your information up to date, manage your giving, and access the things you need—all in one place.

If you give online, you'll notice a change to our generosity platform. It's super easy to use: just follow the prompts and your gift will be on its way. If you give on a recurring schedule, you'll need to set it up in our new system. Please check your email for instructions.

  • Groups will move into My Impact.
  • The Impact app will look a little different.

ABOUT MY IMPACT

What is My Impact?
My Impact is our Church Management System, the software platform our church uses to manage member records, connection groups, volunteer schedules, event registrations, financial giving, and contribution statements. You will hear us also refer to it by the name PushPay.
Why are we migrating to a new system?
Impact Church leadership has determined that our current platform no longer meets the needs of our growing congregation.

PushPay is actually the evolution of a platform we have used before. The new PushPay system grew out of Church Community Builder (CCB), a platform our Impact volunteers and staff have prior experience with. That history is an advantage, and it reduces the learning curve and means we are building on a foundation we already know. PushPay has matured significantly as a full-featured platform, and its capabilities align well with where our church is headed.

GETTING STARTED

Do I need to do anything right away?
In most cases, no. The transition is being managed by our staff and volunteers. However, there are a few things that may require your attention:
  • You will receive instructions to create or reactivate your PushPay account when we go live
  • If you currently give online through the SubSplash app or portal, you will need to set up your recurring giving in PushPay (you will receive an email correspondence with instructions).
  • Watch for communications with specific steps and deadlines.
What happens to my groups or ministry team connections?
Group rosters, ministry assignments, and serving records are being migrated as part of the transition. Group leaders will be notified and given instructions for verifying their group information in PushPay.
Will I lose access to past church communications or events?
Historical communications and app data will not carry over into PushPay. Going forward, all church communications, event registrations, and group messaging will be managed within PushPay.

GIVING

Is my giving history being preserved?
Yes. Your complete giving history is being transferred to PushPay. This includes all recorded donations made during your time at Impact. Your giving records are an important part of your financial stewardship history, and we are committed to ensuring nothing is lost in the transition.
Will I still be able to get my annual giving statement?
Absolutely. PushPay provides robust contribution statement features. You will be able to access your giving history and download or request annual statements for tax purposes, just as you have before. If you have any questions about a specific year’s records, the church office can assist you.
What happens to my recurring gift?
Important: Recurring giving set up through SubSplash will NOT automatically transfer to PushPay. You will need to set up your recurring giving again once PushPay is live. We will provide clear instructions and support to make this as easy as possible. Please do not let this step slip, it is the one area that requires your direct action to ensure uninterrupted generosity.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

How is my financial information protected?
Your financial data security is our top priority. Key protections include:
  • Data migration is handled by authorized staff following established data handling protocols.
  • PushPay uses industry-standard encryption to protect all personal and financial information.
  • Payment card data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — your card or bank details are never stored directly in the PushPay ChMS.
  • Access to member financial records in PushPay is restricted to authorized staff only.
  • The migration does not involve sharing your data with any third party outside of the PushPay platform.
Who will have access to my personal information?
Access to personal and financial data in PushPay is role-based. Staff members only have access to information necessary for their specific role. Pastoral staff, administrators, and group leaders each have different permission levels. Your financial giving data is only visible to authorized administrators and is never shared with volunteers or general group leaders.
Does PushPay sell or share my personal information?
No. PushPay does not sell your personal data. Your information is used solely to support the ministry and administrative functions of Impact Church. You can review PushPay's privacy policy at pushpay.com for full details.
